Process for Managing Member Listings

Process for Adding New Members to the OCWC Web Site

Here are guidelines for adding new members to site lists.
*to be eligible to be listed on Members page the school must have signed a member agreement
*to be eligible to be listed on Use page a university/college/affiliate should have 10 courses that are available to public via URL. Might have lower threshold for NGO.

New members need to submit:
-signed agreement
-member profile and logo
-URL to institutional web site
-URL to the members OCW site (if live)
-contact person

The member listing and the member profile should point to the institutional web site, not the OCW site. The Use list should point to OCW site.
